  •
  • Save up to 80% in costs over traditional i dial-up long-distance connections.
  • Because we belong to the GRIC network, the world's largest managed TCP/IP network for Internet telecommunications, you can access the 'net at speeds up to 56k or via ISDN connections in most locations worldwide.
  • Our free phone book and dialers, with all the POP numbers pre-programmed, make accessing the 'net simple, regardless of your location.

Global Support

planet.gif (3107 bytes) We have made roaming easy by: (1) providing pre-programmed phone books and dialers (GRICDial or Microsoft's Connection Manager); (2) allowing you to use your regular log-on name and password; (3) consolidating your roaming charges into a simple bill; and (4) providing local English-language support.

The process is designed to be transparent to you, but should you need support while you're roaming, please contact the GRIC member ISP or telco closest to where you are (local support numbers are listed as part of the information maintained for you in the phone book and dialers).

GRIC also manages the global network via a 24x7 NOC (network operating center), in order to ensure performance and quality of service.
