Alfred Sant is the leader of the Opposition Party (Malta Labour Party).

Malta is Parliamentary Republic. The parliament meets in the Grand Master's Palace in Valletta. Dr.Eddie Fenech Adami is the Prim Minister of Malta and the leader of the Nationalist Party.
